With two guest houses on Brookline's historic Beacon Street, our hotels are close to public transportation, located right across the street from the "C" Branch of the Green Line of Boston's subway system, otherwise known as the "T." From there, you are minutes away from Boston's most popular attractions, such as Newbury Street, Faneuil Hall, Boston Duck Tours, and the Freedom Trail.

Hours of Operation
Our buildings are staffed every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Deposits & Payments
At the time of reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night's stay to hold your room. Cancellations may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund, less a $40 processing fee. ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL FORFEIT THEIR FULL DEPOSIT. In addition to the above, during certain high-volume periods, we may require that your stay be paid in full at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the balance of your entire stay. Early departures will not result in any refund whatsoever. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Cash (with a credit card on file).
Parking
We have limited parking. YOU MUST RESERVE A PARKING SPOT IN ADVANCE BY TELEPHONE. If you reserve your room at beaconinn.com, you cannot reserve a parking space online; you must call us to make arrangements via telephone.
Parking is $33 PER VEHICLE, PER NIGHT. There is NO overnight street parking in the town of Brookline.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is generally from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins; please call us on the day of your arrival. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 pm, then you must contact us with ample notice to see if a late check-in can be arranged. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate a late check-in with parking.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged with ample notice. Luggage may be stored prior to check-in or after check-out at no charge; please note that all of our rooms have a two (2) person maximum occupancy.
Breakfast
A light complimentary continental breakfast is served informally in the guest reception/lobby from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.
